The $1 trial charge is non-refundable. The trial gives you full access to ForgeBody for 7 days so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
If you purchase a Monthly plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date. After 3 days, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

If you purchase an Annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer billing portal. To access the portal, reply CANCEL to any ForgeBody SMS or email support@tryforgebody.com.
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 30-day Annual guarantee window.
Refunds outside the policy above are at our sole discretion. We will consider requests in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues that prevented access to the service.
